Returns and exchanges

Exchanging or returning an article is possible within a period of 14 days, however, you must report this within a period of 7 days after receipt of the goods. This can be done via e-mail stating return or exchange. Exchanges or returns are only possible if the item is undamaged and in its original intact packaging.
You can exchange in the following cases:
Article wrong
Send us an e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

Article damaged
Send us an e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

Procedure for exchanging an article
Notify us that you wish to exchange an item via e- mail.
You will receive instructions and a shipping address via e-mail.
Indicate which item you wish to receive.
Send the article back to the return address. The cost of exchange will be borne by you.
After we receive the exchange, the other item will be sent to you if in stock.

Procedure for returning an item
Notify us that you wish to return an item via e- mail.
You will receive instructions and a shipping address via e-mail.
Indicate the reason for the return.
Send the item back to the return address. The cost of return will be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the returned item in undamaged and intact packaging, the amount will be refunded to you within 30 days.
Please make sure to include the bank account number in the return notification email.
